Where’s Aniysah? FACTS

1. A court ordered home assesment of Aniysah’s father’s home still has not been preformed. This violates Aniysah’s rights to a safe living enviornment.
2. No one has produced records in court to show that Aniysah is in school or indicated where Aniysah is living.

Judge Fernando Camacho Facts-

1. Although brought to his attention that the father was awarded custody by default based on retaliation by the then Judge Esther Morgenstern and a hearing was not held he refused to vacate default order.
2. When brought to his attention that Angeline filed a grievance against the Law Guardian and that her continued representation in this case should be examined he stated that he has known her for a year and a half and that she can continue to represent the child, Aniysah.
3. Although brought to his attention that the Law Guardian was not being truthful and forthcoming he still allowed her to stay on the case.
4. When exhibits were submitted by a noted clinical child psychologist stating that a mental health assessment must be done immediately of Aniysah due to the fact that she would undoubtedly be suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, he ignored the findings and still said there was no emergency and gave another adjourn date.
5. The Judge excused the father from coming to court because he said the father had to work but the father never submitted any papers to the court supporting that he works.
6. Although the father was in contempt for not allowing the calls between Angeline and Aniysah to take place Camancho never found him in contempt and he gave another adjourn date.

Law Guardian Marjorie Steinberg FACTS-

1. She allowed the father to take Aniysah without getting any contact information and stated on record that she had no way to contact her client nor did she have an address.
2. Although brought to her attention that the child the father was putting on the phone was not her client Aniysah,She never filed any papers in regards to him not doing that. Instead she demands that the mother pay $32.50 for a half hour court monitored phone call.
3. She has committed perjury on more than 9 accounts in her affirmation in opposition.
4. Law Guardian has not submitted any paperwork to support the fact that Aniysah is under a physician’s care, or has been enrolled in school.
