Angeline’s Letter to Mayor Bloomberg
As of November 20, 2009, Angeline Reports:
- New adjourn date is December 22nd, 2009, same time and same place.
- Father has hired new Counsel to represent him and nothing has been put on record or requested from them to show as to why so late in the case he would abruptly switch to new counsel.
As of October 19, 2009, Angeline Reports:
- Judge Fernando M. Camacho again adjourns the case to November 19th, 2009. Again the Judge cited that since the respondent father failed to show up for his forensic appointment he would give him time to make another appointment.
- It has been seven months that there still has not been any clearances for the respondent father nor any individual persons living in the home with Aniysah.
- A private pediatrician and a well noted child psychologist stated Aniysah must be seen by a mental health therapist immediately. To date Judge Fernando M. Camacho still has not seen to this happening.
As of Tuesday August 25, 2009, Angeline reports:
- After I was ordered to pay for half the father’s home assessment when the Social Worker showed up to do the home assessment the respondent father refused to produce Aniysah for the visit.
- The father did not produce documents to substantiate that he has properly cared for Aniysah since she has been in his care.
- The respondent father stated he has a job but did not provide any collateral information to support his statement.
- The Social Worker ,Diane Hesseman stated that the father was not able to provide all of the information that was asked of him and he chose to limit how much information he shared. She also sated she was not given the opportunity to observe him with Aniysah as he refused to produce her but Diane Hesseman stated that in her opinion he did provide enough information to support his statements. Although his only collateral were the current girlfriend and his mother.
- Most disturbing is that the Social Worker, Diane Hesseman stated that she did not get to see him with Aniysah but that based on what the respondent father and his girlfriend informed her that it appears the respondent father has helped Aniysah to strive toward goals and activities geared for a six year old child.
- In her conclusion Social Worker, Diane Hesseman stated that she would be available to obtain the needed material from the respondent father and to observe him with the child, knowing that the report she handed in was not complete to begin with. While this was brought to the court’s attention Judge Camacho and the new Law Guardian Tasha Foster said there was no issue with the report. Judge Fernando Camacho also stated on record that he was very satisfied with the results of the report although my attorney argued that its not vaild because the respondent father refused to produce Aniysah.
